Programmatically, this project remains simple and has the virtue being highly flexible. It includes a double height area that hosts the living room, kitchen and a mezzanine area for a studio. Two bedrooms are stacked to the east to take advantage of the morning light, each one with its bathroom. The roof provide dynamic interest in its structure. It has a very tectonic interpretation in the formation of its members, it allows to bringing in light andĀ openness. Corten steel, glass and cement board panels were suggested as part of the material palette to integrate the residence within the context.
